Become Agent

By registering as an agent with Gosfem, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Provision: As a Gosfem agent, your role primarily involves facilitating the setup and management of accounts for educational institutions within the Gosfem platform.
2. Prohibition on Monthly or Weekly Charges: Agents are strictly prohibited from charging schools on Gosfem a recurring monthly or weekly fee for any service provided.
3. Authorization for Setup Fees Only: Agents are only authorized to collect a one-time setup fee from the schools they assist in registering on Gosfem. This setup fee must be communicated transparently to the school and is subject to approval by Gosfem.
4. Suspension Policy: Any agent found to be in violation of the prohibition on monthly or weekly charges will face immediate and permanent suspension of their account on Gosfem. This suspension is non-negotiable and may result in legal action for breach of contract.
5. Compliance with Gosfem Policies: Agents are expected to comply with all other policies and guidelines set forth by Gosfem, including but not limited to privacy policies, code of conduct, and ethical guidelines.
6. Accountability and Reporting: Agents are encouraged to report any suspicious or unauthorized activities related to their account or the accounts of the schools they manage to Gosfem's support team promptly.
7. Modification of Terms: Gosfem reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time. It is the responsibility of agents to regularly review these terms and ensure compliance with the latest version.

By continuing to use Gosfem's platform as an agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of use. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account suspension.
